Issa's 'Dragon Dreams' now available

'Dragon Dreams', the highly anticipated first album from Issa (formerly known as Jane Siberry) is now available on CD and as a digital download. Described as 'the first of a story told in three parts', 'Dragon Dreams' is a hugely diverse and thought-provoking collection that deserves to be heard by any and all open-minded lover's of sound.

An impressive range of singers and musicians join Issa in creating these unique and inspiring pieces. Pedal steel, bagpipes, and hurdy-gurdy all make appearances throughout, along with birdsong, dogs...even Fluffers the cat.

The call-and-response nature of many of the songs makes for an extremely involving record, and one that chooses to reflect upon hopefulness and unity. Highly recommended.

A track from 'Dragon Dreams' will be featured in the next Insomnia Cafe podcast.
